Helpwise Launches Anxiety-Free Team Inbox 'Zenbox'
Helpwise, a shared team inbox software for customer support teams, has launched an anxiety-free shared inbox 'Zenbox' that enables customer support reps to manage the customer queries. The queries raised by the customers could be addressed from a single platform across various channels such as WhatsApp, live chat, Twitter and Facebook, and more. Lately, most of the organizations have opted for work from home due to the Covid-19 pandemic which has increased the Helpwise's growth by 267 percent bringing in new users.
Zenbox provides a tinderesque approach to manage and showcase pending customer queries that are handled by a customer support rep. Its minimalistic inbox brings in open conversations with only enough information needed to help you focus and complete the task.
Prabhat Mishra, Product Manager, Helpwise says, "Whenever a customer support rep starts her day, the rush of stress and anxiety goes through the brain and body. Questions like - how many pending queries are there, what about previous day queries, in how many places am I tagged, how to prioritize my work and where to start from, how to focus - start making rounds in her brain. This is the main reason for all this anxiety."
The present customer support tools are not designed to solve the anxiety and stress issues, instead, they play a vital role in worsening the whole scenario. Thus, the businesses are in need of an entirely new approach to managing and displaying the pending tasks to a customer rep beginning her day.
Hence, to reduce the job stress of the customer support reps, Helpwise's product and engineering team has intended to change their approach for handling customer queries.
Gaurav Sharma, CEO, Helpwise states, "Support rep doesn't have to switch between different support channels because Zenbox works as a unified inbox as well. With a clear indication of work progress, one conversation at a time, remind later, etc options make Zenbox an anxiety-free team inbox for support teams."
